Online ordering cut‐off time
Online ordering will only be accepted up until midnight on photo day. If you still wish to place a photo order after this time, please phone us on 03 5255 5042. There is a $10 surcharge for orders received after the cut-off time has elapsed. Family photos cannot be ordered after midnight on the day before photo day.
Family photos
For a family photo to be taken, you will need to order and pay for the Family Photo online by midnight on the day before photo day or a photo will not be taken. Only siblings attending the school will be photographed.
Family discount
If you have 3 or more children attending the same school, and you order the same photo pack for each child, the third and subsequent packs are only $5 each! This discount is only available for the Keepsake, Standard, Favourite or Premier Packs. Please note, the family discount does not apply to Class only packs or Family photo packs.
Prepay envelope or Prepay form
If your school is using our Prepay Photo Envelope, your children MUST bring their Prepay Photo Envelope to school on or before photo day.
If your school is using our Prepay Online Photo Order Form, there is no need to send the form back to school.
However, you must pay for all online photo orders by midnight on photo day (Family photos not included – see Family Photos section).
Privacy
We abide by the Federal Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles, therefore we ensure the protection of our customers’ personal details at all times. All personal information collected on the Creative Exposures School Photography website will only be used in fulfilling our obligations to our customers. Personal information will not be shared, misused, sold or rented to anyone without your express consent.
