How can I pay for my photos?
Secure online credit card payments can be made using VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express.
We do not accept BPAY.
How secure is my payment?
Your online payment uses the PayPal payment gateway. PayPal is ranked number one for security, privacy worldwide. (read more here)
I didn’t order my child’s photos before the cut-off time. Can I still order photos?
As long as your child was photographed on photo day, we can still process your order. You can pay online by credit card up until midnight on photo day.
If you miss this cut-off time, you will need to call our office directly on 03 5255 5042 to order and pay for your photos.
There is a $10 surcharge for this service, and depending on the lateness of your order, we will endeavour to return it with the rest of the school.
Family photo orders or payments will not be accepted after midnight on the day before photo day.
When can we expect to see our photos?
Quality is one of our highest priorities, and we aim to make your photos the best they can be. Photographs will be returned to your school for distribution within 3-4 weeks.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with the photographs you receive, simply send them back to Creative Exposures within 7 days for a full refund. If you have any queries and would like to speak to one of our friendly administration staff, please call 03 5255 5042 or contact us.
Do you offer Family discounts?
Yes. If you have 3 or more children attending the same school and you order the same photo pack for each child, the third and subsequent packs are only $5 each! This discount is only available for the Keepsake, Standard, Favourite or Premier Packs. Please note, the family discount does not apply to Class only packs or Family photo packs.
Can I come to you if I miss out on Photo day?
No, sorry, we do not offer studio retakes at our office. However, your school may have organised a catch-up photo day. Please contact our office on 03 5255 5042 to see if your school qualifies.
How do I order a Family pack?
You can order and pay for a Family Photo of your children by following the prompts on the Photo Order pages. You MUST order and pay for the Family Photo by midnight on the day before school photo day or family photos WILL NOT BE TAKEN.
Are your photographers qualified to work with children?
Yes, all of our photographers have current ‘Working with Children’ accreditation.
There is no section on my child’s photo Order Form to pay by credit card.
You can only make credit card payments online. If you are having problems paying by credit card, call our office on 03 5255 5042.
Will my child miss out on being photographed if I haven’t paid by photo day?
No. All children at school on photo day will be photographed regardless of whether or not they have placed an order.
